Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification. This must be submitted by the content's original uploader or an authorized agent.

The counter-notice must be sent to our designated agent and include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court and acceptance of service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.
• We reserve the right not to act on counter notifications that do not meet these requirements.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating or disabling, at our discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to Our Website or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Video Fingerprinting

To assist in identifying and preventing infringing content, we use an automated audiovisual identification system. This system compares uploaded videos against a database of digital fingerprints to prevent infringing content from being uploaded.
